Arctic Ritual – Warranty Policy

At Arctic Ritual, all products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.


This Warranty Policy outlines the manufacturer’s warranty provided for our products, in addition to your rights under the ACL.


1. Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty

 

 

All Arctic Ritual products include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

 

This warranty is provided in partnership with our manufacturing supplier and applies to:


  • Cold plunge tubs
  • Chillers
  • Heaters
  • Accessories included with your purchase

2. What the Warranty Covers

 

 

 

 

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

 


  • Faulty components
  • Electrical issues not caused by misuse
  • Structural defects
  • Leaks caused by manufacturing faults


If a defect is confirmed, remedies may include:


  • Free replacement parts
  • Repair instructions or technician guidance
  • Replacement unit
  • Full product replacement if repair is not possible


Shipping for confirmed warranty claims is covered by the manufacturer.



3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

 

The warranty does not apply to:

 


  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
  • Improper installation or setup
  • Damage from incorrect electrical setup
  • Water damage from improper use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from commercial or non-residential use (unless expressly approved)

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

 

 

 

 

To lodge a claim, email: contact@arcticritual.com

 

Include:


  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem


We will respond within 24–48 business hours and assist with troubleshooting or next steps.


If a warranty replacement is approved, we will coordinate with our manufacturer for the repair or replacement process.


5. Relation to Australian Consumer Law

 

 

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits your ACL rights.

 

Under the ACL you may be entitled to:


  • A refund or replacement for major failures
  • A repair or replacement for minor issues
  • Compensation for loss or damage caused by the product failure

These rights apply regardless of the 1-year warranty term.
